Associate
Job description:
• Presentation and sale of products, preparation of offers and proposals for customers
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
• Preparation and monitoring of tender documentation
• Identifying and resolving customer complaints
• Development and maintenance of marketing material
• Preparation of different types of reports on sales status, activities, agreements reached
• Coordination of activities in order to perform all the necessary tasks for the realization of sales
• Development and implementation of special sales activities in order to reduce inventory of short-term goods
• Participation in congresses, seminars and other professional gatherings
• Monitoring of billing and collection of goods
Necessary Qualifications:
• University Degree – Faculty of pharmacy, chemistry, medicine or biology – majoring in molecular biology
• Previous experience in a similar job or experience working in laboratories or clinics (candidates without work experience but with the right attitude are also welcome)
• Knowledge of the English language and working on computers required (MS Office suite)
• Category B driver’s license (active driver)
• Organizational and communication skills
• Independence in performing work, as well as teamwork

Product manager

Job description:
• Customer training on how to use equipment and diagnostic materials (preparation of training, instructions, certificates of training completion)
• Provision of professional information about products, internal training of the sales team, explanation of the technical specificities
• Marketing support to the commercial team (contact with suppliers in order to collect marketing material, brochures, prospectuses, scientific information for product promotion, professional and marketing product presentations, joint visits with the sales team)
• Market research and monitoring (customer needs, annual spending)
• Analysis and definition of the market share of our and competing products
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
• Participation in congresses, seminars and other professional gatherings

Necessary Qualifications:
• University Degree – Pharmaceutical, medical or biological faculty – majoring in molecular biology
• Previous experience in a similar job or experience working in laboratories or clinics (candidates without work experience but with the right attitude are also welcome)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical physicians and laboratory managers
• Knowledge of the English language and working on computers required (MS Office suite)
• Category B driver’s license (active driver)

Service engineer

Job description:
• Installation, regular and non-routine maintenance and operational control of laboratory diagnostic equipment of various manufacturers from the company’s portfolio
• Ensuring the correct operation of the equipment in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer
• Planning and timely ordering of necessary equipment parts
• Preparing and holding presentations and user trainings related to different equipment
• Communication with users verbally and in writing with the aim of solving issues related to the the devices; scheduling service visits or collecting information about the functionality of the device
• Regular, precise and orderly management of service documentation
• Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service sector
• Compliance with internal procedures, quality policy, rules of conduct and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
• College or university degree (electronic/computer/technical direction)
• Mandatory knowledge of the English language
• Experience with working on a computers, Microsoft Office, software installations
• Category B driver’s license (active driver)
• Previous experience in the field of servicing medical or laboratory equipment is an advantage
• Good communication skills, flexibility, promptness, good organization
• Strong team player
